Kandi Burruss is wrapping up her divorce with Todd Tucker.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and the TV producer have reached a settlement nearly four months after announcing their breakup, according to court documents obtained by TMZ March 12.
The former couple—who married in 2014 after meeting on the set of the Bravo show—have been ordered by the court to submit their settlement paperwork, including child support details and a parenting plan for their kids Ace Tucker, 10, and Blaze Tucker, 6, per the
Although their custody details haven’t been shared yet, Kandi, 49, previously said she hopes to have an amicable co-parenting relationship with Todd, 52.
“We have determined that no matter what we’re always going to be great co-parents for our kids,” she explained during a January episode of Today With Jenna & Sheinelle. “We’re going to spend holidays together sometimes because we’re still a family, even though he and I have decided to go our separate ways.”

Continued the Xscape singer, who is also mom to 23-year-old daughter Riley Burruss with ex Russell Spencer, “And we’re trying to make it as easy as possible for our children.”
As for what went wrong in her 11-year marriage to Todd? “This is something that has been brewing for a while,” Kandi said of her martial problems during an Amazon livestream in November. “I’ve been going through it, child. I’ve been going through it. Life has been life-ing me.”
Still, the “Cheatin’ On Me” artist has “no regrets” since her romance with Todd gave her “two wonderful, beautiful children.”
And in the aftermath of her split, Kandi has turned to work, including her role in the Broadway show & Juliet.
“It has been the best therapy for me because sometimes you have to have something to put your focus into to keep your mind out of a sad place,” she told Today earlier this year. “For me, it’s like singing, performing, learning to be better, make myself better, workout more, work on my vocals, do everything that I’m supposed to do to make sure I’m the best I can be on stage in front of everybody.”
