Offset is reportedly facing legal pressure over a six-figure casino debt in Detroit.
According to a lawsuit  the 34-year-old rapper is facing a dispute with MotorCity Casino Hotel, which claims he opened a $100,000 credit line in March 2024 to continue gambling.
Per the complaint, the casino was reportedly unable to reach Offset and attempted to withdraw the agreed-upon funds directly from his account, but the transaction failed due to insufficient funds.
The casino is now suing for breach of contract, fraud, and related claims.
The lawsuit was filed on March 30, about a week before the rapper was shot  outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
A representative for Offset told TMZ, “We are working toward a resolution.”
Complex has reached out for comment.
The case adds to piling financial issues for the former Migos rapper, including a past matter involving the Internal Revenue Service that required him to pay more than $1.5 million in federal income taxes.
