During a recent live performance at the Jazz On The Water Festival in Stockton, Calif., beloved 90’s R&B singer Michel’le raised eyebrows after behaving strangely while on stage.
A clip from the Aug. 26 performance shows Michel’le disoriented on stage, constantly fixing her clothing and hair — before ever singing a lyric from one of her songs. At one point she hands the mic over to an attendee.
Commenters immediately assumed that the “Something In My Heart” songstress may have been under the influence of some sort. “She need to leave that dope alone.

Best known for her charting singles including, “No More Lies,” “Nicety,” and “Something in My Heart,” the star has gotten candid about her music journey on TV One‘s reality show R&B Divas: Los Angeles.
Additionally, she’s spoken on her tumultuous marriage to Dr. Dre in the 2016 biopic Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel’le. The two separated after Dre became engaged to another woman.
Michel’le has not been specific about what caused her disorientation on stage, but many have sent her love and light in her challenging time.
