*DC Young Fly partner, Ms. Jacky Oh, passed away May 31 at the age of 32 from surgery complications after undergoing a Mommy Makeover, according to Sandra Rose.
While her cause of death has not yet been released, troubling details are now emerging about the surgeon who operated on the “Wild ‘N Out” star.
According to Urban Hollywood 411, Miami-based plastic surgeon, Dr. Zachary Okhah has a history of complaints from patients. One woman claims she was left “mutilated,” after having a procedure done by him, according to Page Six. Jacky Oh (real name was Jacklyn Smith) reportedly visited Okhah for a “mommy makeover.”
In a since-deleted Instagram post, Oh shared a picture of herself with Okhah prior to undergoing the knife. In the photo, she is wearing a surgery gown and he’s rocking scrubs, Urban Hollywood 411 reports.
The post included the caption, “Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!! Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal!”
Sadly, that “full reveal” never came. After news of her sudden death, details are emerging about the negative reviews the doctor has received online from patients.
Okhah, known as a liposuction and “BBL specialist,” reportedly filed lawsuits against several of his former clients for disparaging him on the internet, Page Six reported.
Here’s more from Urban Hollywood 411:
In July 2021, Okhah sued patient Leila Penn for more than $30,000 after she left a RealSelf review alleging she had been left “mutilated” after visiting the surgeon, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.
Okhah countered by saying Penn’s claims were false. The surgeon dismissed the lawsuit in December 2021.
The doctor filed another lawsuit against a patient named Kyla Neirenburg in August 2021, who claimed in a Google review that “happy patients” of his “don’t exist.”
Social media users are calling on Florida authorities to investigate Okhah.
According to Urban Hollywood 411, Jacky Oh’s family said in a statement that they are “still processing this very tragic and unexpected loss.”
