With the Twin Cities back to full bar oprerations from the pandemic restrictions, Halloween 2022 should be back to normal. This means St. Paul can get ready to Celebrate the 10th Annual Whopmaster & Friends Twin Cities Halloween Party at Billy’s on Grand. Since 2010, the Whopmaster has been hosting one of the biggest Twin Cities Urban Halloween Celebrations.
“When me and my business partner Apro “Mamarazzi” Edwards first gave our Halloween Party at Arnellia’s Nightclub in 2010, we was blown away on how so many of people actually participated in dressing up in costumes for the event.” Actually, about 85% of the people in attendance wore costumes. The people who didn’t wear costumes felt out of place that night.”
“From 2013 to 2017 we had moved the event to the bigger Club Cancun Nightclub. The annual event had grown to about 600 people per year and had some of the best costumes in the Twin cities. Last year we found a new home at Billy’s on Grand in St. Paul and the tradition continued. People showed up and showed out in their costumes. The Uban community loves to participate each year,” said Whopmaster.
This year will definitely be another year of some of the best costumes in the Twin Cities. So, if you’re looking for a good place to celebrate Halloween Eve at, mark your calendar for Sunday October 30th at Billy’s on Grand. It all starts with an early 7pm to 10pm Happy Hour Costume Red Carpet – for contestants to take pictures and be judged. The judging will have done live and also on Facebook live online, so the people at home can tune in and see all the amazing costumes “Walk the Spooky Red Carpet.” The contest winners will be announced around 11pm.
“It’s always a good time to see all the unique costumes and all the work people put into dressing up for halloween. I believe hands down it’s the biggest party celebration of the year,” said Whopmaster.
